Selection Night

All the contestants take a few minutes at the beginning of the selection procedure to pose for the customary photograph taken with their judges. Receiving their briefing from Carnival Chairman Robin Thomas is Caroline Elund (Full Length & Fabulous), Dennis Harvey (Leader of NBBC), David Devall (Sponsor), Frances Tomkinson (Carnival Queen 2002-03) and Terri Meechan (Corby Carnival Queen Manager & Chaperone).

Deputy Mayor John Preedy crowns a shocked but delighted Kirsty Watson which is customary as he is the Mayor Elect and Kirsty and her Maids of Honour will be supporting him with his fundraising throughout his Mayoral year and at the many functions each attend.
